HELP! Credit card, debit card and a lost license?!

Okay so today I had my cell in this little pocket thing scratch.Anyways the screen not in the pocket, I had my debit card, credit card, student card college as I take my summer course, the ID of the university where I'm taking the fall and called my driver license.I my bank blocked my credit card for 48 hours to find or get another one.I decided to close my bank account so I'm good with respect to these two no one bought with my cards.So how I can get another license if I find all my things, I mean can obtain other identification and a new credit and debit cards, but what I do with my license? Any ideas? I think so, I was very irresponsible do a lot with me once and leave the bag for mobile phone (protector) around.Thanks.

It is possible to replace the ID you've lost. To get a new card identity card or driving license, you must go to DMV and prove their identity.
