Macys want employees to work almost for free? Here in Los Angeles?

I worked at Macy's since November 2007. I work in a shop in the south California was an old store steers. I work in porcelain / glass. They force me to wear a long sleeve shirt, tie, slacks and dress shoes. I pay $ 8.25 an hour. California minimum wage is $ 8 per hour. No commission. The company reduced the discount granted to employees as well. Receive only 10% discount on non-sale items. We do not get sickness insurance. Two years ago, I worked at Whole Foods and grocery bags and paid $ 10 an hour and could take Jenas, tennis shoes and shirts. In n Out Burger pays $ 12 an hour to start. Macys Why so greedy? Macy's wants to open a credit card in turn. I have a Bachelor of Arts from California State University Northridge. Many people wonder why the work of these low-paying jobs? The reason is that the market labor is so short throat. I graduated in May 2004.
