Credit Card Update

Unable to connect to my yahoo Small Business to update the credit card?
I have my yahoo Self-identification, but also an account small business with a domain name and e-mail account associated. My bank recently changed out my credit card, and I only have to connect to my small business account to update the number. When I go to my account, and ask Manage my premium services, which asks for my password – well, but no matter what you do, do not go beyond the screen asking for my password! I'm not going wrong (and my Caps Lock is on), because I am an error message. I tried a wrong password, and then I get an error message. It is calling once again for my password, but I never brought more to to update my account. I tried to contact the Customer Service 3 times now, but do not respond … I tried to arrange a call back (never called) and I tried the online help page. Can someone give some advice? Not lose my domain name and e-mail account small business!
