Credit card question?
Ok,i bought my game console with my credit card.The thing is,that console is now doesn’t work as it should and i’m thinking of getting a replacement from the shop where i bought it…my question is,can i use the credit card slip as a proof of purchase and if i lost the slip,is there any way i can retrieve it back?
First off where did you buy the console? is it a place like Walmart , a small business, or a game store? If it is Walmart find out the date, approximate time and the card you purchased it with and go back to Walmart and ask for a duplicate receipt. It might take a while for them to get it depending on how long ago you purchased it. you might be able to do the same thing at the other stores but it is less likely. If not contact your credit card company and ask for a duplicate receipt for that purchase, Ive done both of these things before. The credit card may charge you a fee so you may want to go back to the store and check with them first. Good Luck
