A towing company charged my credit card and did all the work! What rights do I have?
I had a flat tire, the company decided not to have to change to get my characters to check my bank statement and credit card charged me for it! What I can do? What are my rights! They had received my credit card # when I made the first call.
Easy, just call the credit card company and tell them you do not approve or authorize any work and please reverse all the charges were made. You have sixty days to report that if you lose. If the company Differences repair its action seeking an order of work that you personally signed a call just because they do not have the number of credit card they need your permission to sign any work they have done.
